Ann Staiger
Candor Middle School

Ann Staiger is a co-facilitator for the summer 2006 workshop, "Social and Political Change in the 19th Century."

Ann currently teaches 7th and 8th grade American History at Candor Middle School. Ann has also taught 6th and 12th grade social studies, including Participation in Government and Economics. In addition, she has been an on-line instructor of Economics and American History at AccelerateU through Wayne-Fingerlakes BOCES.

Ann received her B.A. in American History from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst after which she worked for 12 years as a marketing administrator for Honeywell Info Systems. She then moved to New York and took courses at both Elmira College and SUNY Cortland where she received her M.A. in Reading. She is certified to teach elementary and high school
